Forms
"By email" forms are handled directly on the screen and are automatically emailed to the appropriate recipient upon clicking "submit" in the form. "Fillable .pdf" forms must be downloaded to the local computer, completed in Acrobat Reader (or compatible software), saved, and emailed to the appropriate recipient. All other forms must be printed and filled out by hand.
